Inside YidJob： The AI That Screens, Scores and Ranks Every Applicant ｜ Yoilish

Still getting resumes on WhatsApp, by email and on paper, and losing track of who is who? In this video, the YidJob team gives a full walkthrough of YidJob 2.0, the job platform for the frum community. You post a job and AI fills in the whole listing for you: job type, experience level, salary, pay structure, bullet points and screening questions. Then the AI gives every candidate their own match score based on their experience, plus why they fit, what could go wrong, and a full resume summary. You can rate them, tag them as reviewed, interviewing or rejected, send a polished reply with one click, and even ask the AI co-pilot questions about all your candidates at once. Resumes that came in on WhatsApp or email can be imported too. As they put it: it's a job expo, minus wasting eight hours. 🎁 Use promo code Yoilish for $30 OFF 🌐 https://yidjob.com 🔎 Looking for a job?
