Leibele Glantz has always held a special place in my heart. Critics already said in his lifetime: there were many great cantors, but only one Glantz.

When Glantz sang, he didn’t just sing notes, he sang meaning. His music carried deep spiritual intensity without exaggeration or melodrama. He didn’t move away from tradition; he went deeper into it, intellectually, spiritually, and musically. Every word mattered. Every syllable shaped the melody and emotion of the prayer.

Tefilas Tal is one of those compositions that speaks quietly yet powerfully. Recording this piece felt like an honor. In this rendition, I tried to keep the approach simple, clean, and faithful to the original spirit, without modern additions, hoping to preserve the authentic atmosphere and timeless beauty Glantz created.

I hope this music allows you to feel a connection to the depth and sincerity of his vision.
