Homemade Sparkling Ginger Ale for Pesach โ€” Natural Ingredients, Really Delicious!

Ingredients:โ–ช๏ธ1 fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped (not too small pieces)
โ–ช๏ธ3 cups sugar
โ–ช๏ธ2 cups water
โ–ช๏ธJuice of 2 lemons (about 5 tablespoons Lemon juice)

Directions:Add all ingredients to a pot and mix well.Bring to a boil.

Once it starts to bubble, let it gently bubble for 10 minutes.Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

Strain out the ginger pieces.Pour the syrup evenly into 6โ€“8 oz containers.

Pour into a seltzer bottle โ€” first remove a little seltzer so it doesnโ€™t overflow.Go slowly, as the ginger is strong and the carbonation can cause it to foam up.

Tip:Add more or less of the syrup to the bottle, depending on how strong or mild you want the flavor
