This video reveals the truth which is that all Section 8 payments go to the owners of apartments, not the renters, to be applied towards the rent that low income renters have to pay. This is how Section 8 payments work. The owners don’t receive Section 8 payments for their homes. They receive Section 8 payments to augment the rent of low income renters of an apartment in their home.
