Homemade Sparkling Ginger Ale for Pesach — Natural Ingredients, Really Delicious!

Ingredients:▪️1 fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped (not too small pieces)
▪️3 cups sugar
▪️2 cups water
▪️Juice of 2 lemons (about 5 tablespoons Lemon juice)

Directions:Add all ingredients to a pot and mix well.Bring to a boil.

Once it starts to bubble, let it gently bubble for 10 minutes.Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

Strain out the ginger pieces.Pour the syrup evenly into 6–8 oz containers.

Pour into a seltzer bottle — first remove a little seltzer so it doesn’t overflow.Go slowly, as the ginger is strong and the carbonation can cause it to foam up.

Tip:Add more or less of the syrup to the bottle, depending on how strong or mild you want the flavor
