It was the summer, I was sitting outside, and I felt like I wasnโt doing my avoida bโsimcha, living bโsimcha. Stam, I was feeling a moichin dโkatnus, and for those who know me, you know I donโt like that โบ. It was really bothering me. I told myself, a Yid has to do whatever it takes to be bโsimcha! I canโt stay like this! So, I got up and started running, mamish running around the backyard, saying the words โIvdu Es Hashem Bโsimchaโ over and over again to jolt myself out of this shvereh moichin (as is mโvuar in Reb Nachman, ืฆืจืื ืืืืจืื ืืช ืขืฆืื ืืืื ืืืื ืืืืืช ืืฉืืื ืชืืื, ืืืฉืื ืืช ืขืฆืื ืืื ืืฉืจ ืืืื, ืืืคืืื ืืืืื ืืฉืืืชื โ ืืืงืืื ืืืืจโื ืชื ืื ื ืื) After a while, between the chanting and panting to the beat of my step, these words started turning into a song until eventually it brought me back into a matziv of simcha.
