שמעון יואל וועבער כוכב צעיר ומבטיח בעולם המוזיקה היהודית צומח ממשפחה מוזיקלית עשירה בכישרון, בנו של המלחין האגדי פינקי וועבער—דמות מוערכת עם רזומה מרשים של להיטים בלתי נשכחים—ואחיו של הבדחן המפורסם שלמה יענקל וועבער, מביא שמעון יואל קול רענן וצעיר לעולם המוזיקה היהודית, קולו המתוק יחד עם מנעד רחב ויכולות מוזיקליות מרשימות מסמן אותו ככוכב הבא במוזיקה החסידית.

ביצירה הראשונה שלו מחרוזת החופה עם רגל ימין, מצליח שמעון יואל לשלב רגש ודיוק יוצאי דופן. המחרוזת כוללת אוסף ייחודי של שירי חופה נבחרים, שנבחרו בקפידה תוך התייעצות עם אביו אחיו ובני משפחתו המוזיקליים. אביו פינקי וועבער משתתף אף הוא בפרויקט המרגש הזה, שכולו שיתוף פעולה עם קבוצת מוזיקאים מוכשרים ובליווי עיבודים מוקפדים של נפתלי משה שניצלר מבית א-האוס אוף מיוזיק.

המחרוזת, שמבוצעת יחד עם מקהלת מלכות הנודעת מישראל ובהפקה של שרולי אונגר הצעיר והמוכשר, מצליחה להעביר את התחושה המיוחדת של מעמד החופה, ולהביא את המאזינים לחוות את הרגעים הקדושים כאילו הם עומדים תחת החופה.

מחרוזת החופה ‘עם רגל ימין’ לא רק מציגה את כשרונו הייחודי של שמעון יואל, אלא גם מהווה התחלה מרגשת לקריירה מבטיחה, שעתידה להותיר חותם משמעותי בעולם המוזיקה היהודית לשנים רבות.

Shimon Yoel Weber, a rising star in Jewish music, comes from a family steeped in musical talent. As the son of the legendary Pinky Weber—renowned composer and performer behind countless hits—and the brother of the well-known badchan Shlomi Yankel Weber, Shimon Yoel brings a fresh, youthful energy to the industry. With a voice full of warmth, an impressive musical range, and a deep understanding of melody, he introduces himself with a stunning debut chuppah medley, entitled ‘With the Right Foot’.

This beautifully crafted medley features a special selection of timeless chuppah songs, each chosen with care and collaboration. Shimon Yoel, alongside his father Pinki, who also lends his voice to this production, worked closely with a group of talented musical friends and sought the advice of his musically gifted brothers to perfect every element. With arrangements by Naftali Schnitzler of A House of Music and the harmonious accompaniment of the renowned Malchus Choir from Israel, every detail of this medley was thoughtfully curated to create an emotional and immersive experience.

Produced by the talented Sruly Ungar, ‘With the Right Foot’ transports listeners to the sacred atmosphere of a chuppah, evoking tears and heartfelt emotion. Shimon Yoel’s debut not only highlights his fresh, young Weber voice but also marks the beginning of a promising career, destined to leave an enduring impact on the Jewish music scene for years to come.
