What does healthy aging actually look like?
In this video, we spend the day with 94-year-old Michael Kaufman to learn the habits, mindset, and Torah values that helped him stay active, sharp, and strong well into his 90s.
From exercising daily, standing while working, learning Torah during workouts, and viewing health as a mitzvah, Michael shares a powerful perspective on longevity, discipline, and purpose.
One of the most inspiring moments in this video is when Michael explains why he says “Hineni Muchan Umezuman” before exercising, reminding himself that taking care of the body is part of serving Hashem.
“Venishmartem Meod Lenafshoseichem”
“And you shall take very good care of your lives.”
This is more than fitness.
It’s about living with strength, energy, and purpose so we can better serve Hashem, our families, and our communities.
