This is Part 10 of my 50 Days, 50 States road trip, and I honestly didn’t expect this, but it became the best Shabbos I’ve ever had.
The main stop is Postville, Iowa. an unbelievable Jewish community that you’d never expect to find in the middle of America. Between the people, the atmosphere, the meals, and the whole Shabbos vibe… this one hit different.
And around that, the road kept moving:
South Dakota to North Dakota, my CardRight car’s first snow experience, a Melava Malka and Farbrengen in Northeast Iowa, then Milwaukee, Detroit, and finishing with a wedding in Toronto.
