Add the water to the flour ๐พ
Add salt ๐ง and oil ๐ซ
Knead by hand ๐คฒ or with a mixer โ๏ธ
Until smooth and soft โจ
Let the dough rise for 1 hour โณ
Braid the challah ๐ชข
Egg wash ๐ฅ
Sprinkle sesame seeds ๐พ
Let it rise again for another hour โณ
Bake at 400ยฐF / 200ยฐC ๐ฅ
